The proposed BVSLH Outfall, is located on the west side of NC 210, on the south side of Harnett Central Road in Harnett County, NC. This outfall will sere an existing 2.5 acre gas station site and 4.72 acres of future commercial property. An existing 0.78 acre SCM for the gas station is not included in the total. We are seeking a permit to install all the sanitary sewer lines for these properties. The outfall includes 1,253 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer mains extending off of the existing sewer in Day Farm Drive in Partridge Village Phase 2A sanitary sewer system which connects to the Quail Glen System. The proposed 8" sanitary sewer lines will be public. The construction of the Outfall is projected to begin the Summer of 2024.
