Inspection Summary:
Went out on 4/25/2024 and met with ORC Mike Cudd.
Lagoon banks were well-mowed with no trees, lagoon level was at 34in.
Residual solids are being dehydrated and separated into a dumpster that McGill MC/GFL takes and disposes of
accordingly--this info should be recorded and kept(Ex. - records of how many loads, weight of loads, when they are taken,
etc.)
During Compliance Inspection, all NDMR and Grab Sample records were reviewed for any errors or discrepencies.
EnviroChem does all sampling for this truck wash site.
Spray fields had overall good cover crop health/maintenance, but needed to be harvested soon.
The following Monitoring Wells have exceede past these limits:
