Response 1:
• See Comment A.1.
Comment 2:
• The wastewater treatment facility summary lists four (4) ultraviolet disinfection units,
while the remainder of the application package lists three (3). Please verify and revise.
Response 2:
• This has been changed to reflect three (3) units.
Comment 3:
• The wastewater treatment facility summary lists the effective storage volume of the five-
day upset pond as 362,056 gallons while the Engineering Calculations list 346,347
gallons. Please verify and revise.
Response 3:
• This has been changed to reflect 3 46,3 47 -gallons.
Comment 4:
• Under "Storage Pond Dosing Tank," it states "The tank will house a total of four
pumps..." However, based on the list below, the total should be six (6). Please verify and
revise.
Response 4:
• This has been changed to show 6 total pumps in the tank. The name has also been
changed to "Field Dosing Tank".
Comment 5:
• Under "5-Day Upset Pond," this section lists the effective storage volume of the five-day
