Enclosed herein You will find the application for low density stormwater of the above referenced
project,which consists of 8 lots. The project is within the planning jurisdiction of Onslow County.
You will find the following for review:
1)2 copies of two sheets(1 of 2&2 of 2)
2)Form SWU-101
3)Form SWU-104
4)FEMA Flood map of the area
5) Check for $420.00
Section III of this project is calculated on 30%impervious surface. Cartwheel Branch is classified
as SA waters,but previous testing(See Stormwater Permit No. SW8 990833)met the criteria
necessary to allow 30%impervious surface. Stormwater Permit No. SW8 990833 permitted
Section II of this project and can be used in conjunction with this application for further
clarification. The only wetlands present are on the rear of Lot 6. Stormwater runoff will disperse
into the same unnamed tributary of Cartwheel Branch as Section II. The runoff conveyance
systems shall be vegetated swales only having minimum side slopes of 3:1.
