Tier 2 Notification
On January 4, 2023, Vertellus collected a sample from all Outfalls. An exceedance
occurred for the third consecutive month for the exceedance of TSS at Outfall 06. As a
result, Vertellus remains in Tier 2 status for Outfall 06. The parameters for the other two
outfalls, Outfall 01 and Outfall 05 were all within the required benchmarks.
