According to the Level Spreader Worksheet that was submitted, the drainage area
that is discharging to the level spreader is 40 percent impervious. Per the
requirements of GC3705, please replace this level spreader with an appropriately
designed stormwater BMP or combination of BMPs designed to remove 85
percent of TSS and 30 percent of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
2. In your resubmittal, please provide a BMP Supplement Form with both
worksheets filled out and all required items attached. BMP Supplement Forms
are available at the following DWQ web site:
