Dear Permittee:
On February 28, 2024, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources ( DWR), Water Quality Regional
Operations Section ( WQROS) inspected the Liberty Creek Farm waste disposal system.
As a result of this inspection, you are hereby notified that, having been permitted to have a non -
discharge permit for the subject animal waste disposal system pursuant to North Carolina
General Statutes G.S. 143- 215 et seq. Section .402, you have been found to have been found to
be in violation of the permit conditions as follows:
Deficiency 1:
III(15) Current CAWMP not available for review;
Deficiency 2:
III(4) Lagoon sludge plan of action not available for review
You are required to provide a written response within 30 days of receipt of this Notice.
Please include in your response all corrective actions already taken and a schedule for completion of
any corrective actions not addressed.
