Bells Bridge Bank Parcel Credit Release — Task 7
Dear Mr. Jenkins:
On April 16, 2024, Restoration Systems, LLC provided confirmation to DWR that the conservation
easement for the subject site has been successfully assigned to North Carolina Wildlife Habitat
Foundation, Inc (NCWHF). NCWHF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and has been approved by
DWR as a long-term steward for this mitigation bank.
In accordance with the NOBI, signed on November 29, 2021, the following Project Milestones have
been met and the corresponding credits shall be released:

7) Item B (1) of Section X in the NOBI (assign the easement 5%
to stewardship) has been completed and approved by DWR
By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for
the above -referenced tract and the following credits are released to sell:
• 5% of the Nitrogen nutrient offset credits (0.05 x 81,308.489 lb-N = 4,065.424 lb-N)
• 5% of the Phosphorus nutrient offset credits (0.05 x 5,236.895 lb-P = 261.845 lb-P)
Please note that nutrient offset credits generated at this site must be used for impacts in HUC
03020102 of the Tar -Pamlico River Basin pursuant to 15A NCAC 02B .0703, which became
effective on April 1, 2020.
