On September 13, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ), Mooresville Regional Office,
received a letter from you, requesting an extension be granted for submitting the required restoration
plan for the impacted riparian buffer. This restoration plan was due by September 7, 2007. As noted in
your request, you need to finalize engineered drawings for the site. Based on information included in
the request, an extension is being granted. The Asheville Regional Office (ARO) must receive the
restoration plan. by September 28, 2007. ARO will handle the approval of the restoration plan and all
follow up compliance inspections of your site.
Your prompt attention to the item described herein is required. Failure to comply with the
State's rules, in the manner and time specified, may result in the assessment of civil penalties and/or the
use of other enforcement mechanisms available to the State.
