Enclosed are the plan drawings for the reconfigured community pier for the Hogan's Landing Owners' Association.
We have modified the proposal to accommodate only nine slips in response to the concerns expressed in your letter
of December 3, 2007. Please note that we have also reconfigured the docking facility to hopefully avoid potential
complications for any future request to permit a docking facility on Lot #20 of the subdivision.
Please remove this project from "hold" status and resume processing of the application.
