is the landowner of record for a parcel with PIN# 0339-17-8174 recorded in Cumberland County
Register of Deeds - Deed Book 7899 Page 536. I do hereby knowingly grant permission to JFJ
III Investments,LLC.to apply for any various required permits with NCDEQ & NCDOT in order
to accomplish the proposed site's required land disturbance and site construction activities. JFJ
III Investments, LLC. will be the financially responsible party for any land disturbing activities
during the land development processes involved with this project.
