The plant had 2- daily BOD and 1_ fecal exceedance for the month. The BOD result on 4/9/24 advised the calculated seed correction exceeded the range of 0.6 to 1.0 mg/L. There was no qualifier for the BO
on 4/23/24. Upon notification of the fecal result, flow was routed to the upset ponds until a compliant sample was received fron additional samples collected.The Wilmington Regional office was notified of the
violations. All other parameters were compliant for the month.
