TIER ONE REPORT
This report is due to one item being out of compliance with our SWPPP permit from a sample taken on
December 201h, 2023.
Outfall 002—Copper(Cu)was measured at 0.02Smg, exceeding the benchmark of 0.010mg.
We have completed a thorough stormwater management inspection in which could not identify any
sources which would have contributed to the elevated benchmark results, however limited flow through
outfall 002 was observed. We will continue to monitor sources and create source controls to reduce
levels that contributed to exceedance of benchmark levels.
Plan to reduce elevated results temporarily is to clean check dams at outfall 002. Check dams being
cleaned will dispose of excess build up of heavier sediments and allow better flow through the outfall.
We will continue to monitor the BMP's to ensure proper working condition.
