Dear Ms. Karoly:
On November 29, 2007 Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) received
your letter dated November 19, 2007 and check number 21075 in the amount of
$475.00 concerning our application package for wetland impacts for the above
project. A check for $240.00 is requested to substitute for the improper amount
needed for the permit that is applicable to our project application.
A check for the amount of $240.00 is enclosed and submitted for payment to
continue the application process for projects impacting less than an acre of wetland
and less than 150 linear feet of streams.
