Inspection Summary:
This report summarizes review of the annual report for residuals distribution permit WQ0018688.
The 2023 annual report was due March 1, 2024. The report was late, being submitted May 3,2024.
No material was reported as being land -applied in 2023. The facility reported that 30 tons of alum sludge residuals were
hauled to a landfill for permanent disposal.
This facility is listed as a source under permit WQ0038071 for US Biosolids Class A Residual Distribution Program.
A separate inspection report will be submitted for the non -compliant circumstances of the WTP lagoon under NPDES Permit
