I have atta�hed a photo of a UT to Mulberry Creek that is adja�ent to our R-2603 �NC 268) proje�t, Turbid water is dis�harging into this UT frocn a skicncner basin
asso�iated with a non-DOT �ocncner�ial proje�t waste area at the interse�tion of NC 268 and Beaucnont Popular Street, We are not �ondu�ting (and disturbing
a�tivities in the area so I just wanted you to be aware that it isn't DOT in the event you got a �all,
Having said that, we have worked with Vannoy Constru�tion cnany ticnes and they are one of our better �ontra�tors in this part of the state, I was �alled to
inspe�t their operation sin�e it is adja�ent to our proje�t and their cneasures appeared to be in order, There was no bree�h in the basin or anything like that, We
just got a lot of intense rain yesterday so there is a bun�h of suspended �lay in the skicncner basin that is gradually draining away, They are going to add a few
wattles in the existing roadside dit�h but that is unlikely to �lear the turbidity cnu�h due to the tiny nature of �lay parti�les, Just giving you a heads up,
