New Bern Seven WRF - RE: [External] Exceeded monthly BOD limit for April 2024
Art,
Thanks for letting us know about New Bern Seven WRF's high monthly BOD for April.
If you would also, please copy Ms. Breann Spencer on any future notices, questions, etc. for both New Bern Seven
WRF and New Bern WWTP as she is the new inspector for these facilities that would be great.
Hope you are doing well,
Scott

Scott,
Please be advised we exceeded the monthly BOD limit of 10 mg/l for New Bern 7. This was for the month
of April 2024. The Permit is # WQ0003765. The final average for April was 11.1 mg/L. We have increased
aeration times to 24 hours per day and the numbers for May are below the monthly limit.
Please email or call with any questions.
