I missed the 2nd NOV for the Halifax Hatchery in my original email last week, concerning submittal of the September
2023 NDAR-1/NDMR. This report was submitted, however it was missing the ORC certification signature on page 6. 1
have attached the original Sept 2023 reports with the submission page, showing it was submitted 10/31/23. Also, I have
attached the revised reports with the ORC signature. I can resubmit electronically the revised NDAR-1/NDMR for
September 2023, if that is what is advised. Once you have a chance to review the documentation, please give me a call

We received NOVs for our Halifax Hatchery facility, concerning submittal of November 2023 NDAR-1/NDMR. We have
confirmation the reports were submitted and would like to get some clarification. I am hoping these are similar
discrepancies as our Murfreesboro hatchery that came up not too long ago. I have attached the submitted November
2023 reports (with the first page showing they were submitted 12/30/2023). If you need to discuss, please give me a
