DWR met with Mr. Amick yesterday to discuss to the NOV and path forward to resolve the NOV. I would like to
thank Mr. Amick for his time, and we had a very productive meeting. We would like to schedule a meeting with all
of you included in this email to relay this information and generally give us all the opportunity talk and answer any
questions that anyone may have. Mr. Amick has the best availability Monday and Tuesday of next week and then
he will not be available until the following week. If you could let me know when you all have availability I will send
out a TEAMS meeting invite. We look forward to meeting with you all.
