THIS DEED made and entered into this 23'd day of February, 2024, by and between
Marshall M. Newton, whose mailing address is 2781 Johnson Mill Road, Raeford, North
Carolina 28376, Grantor, and Turnrows Storage Center, LLC, a North Carolina limited
liability company, Grantee:

That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars
($1.00)to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised and released
and by these presents does remise, release, convey, and forever quitclaim unto the party of the
second part and his successors and assigns all right,title, claim any interest of the said parties of
the first part in and to a certain parcel of land lying and being located about 7 miles Northeast of
the City of Raeford and about 1380 ft. North of the intersection of Johnson Mill Road and
Pittman Grove Church Road,Bounded on the Northwest by Mt.Pisgah Church(388-665);on the
North by Mt. Pisgah Church(509-274);on the East by Marshall Newton(455-906);on the South
by Marshall Newton (1332-561); on the Southwest by Puppy Creek Fire Station (501-558); on
the West by Pittman Grove Church Road and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at existing concrete cylinder(said cylinder having a North Carolina Grid
Coordinate of N=464, 664, 52 ft. E=1, 964, 451.85 ft. NAD 83 (2011) also being
located N 30-49-21 W 1908.99 ft. from an existing P.K. nail in the centerline
intersection of Johnson Mill Road and Pittman Grove Church Road) at the point
where the Southern line of Mt. Pisgah Church (388-665) intersects the Eastern
Right-of-Way of Pittman Grove Church Road; thence as Mt. Pisgah Church's
Southern line S 89-02-03 E 201.57 ft. to an existing iron pipe Mt. Pisgah Church
(509-274) Southwest corner; thence as Mt. Pisgah Church's Southern line N 89-30-
29 E 1218.65 ft. to an existing iron pipe Marshall Newton's (455-906) Northwest
corner; thence as Newton's Western line S 0-01-31 E 406.34 ft. to a new iron rod;
thence as a new line S 89-29-03 W 1060.54 ft. to a new rod; thence N 0-30-57 W
80.34 ft. to an existing iron rod Puppy Creek Fire Station's (501-558) Eastern most
corner; thence as Puppy Creek Fire Station's Eastern line N 24-22-08 '1V 208.22 ft.
to an existing iron rod Puppy Creek Fire Station's Northeast corner; thence as
Puppy Creek Fire Station's Northern line S 86-03-42 W 227.81 ft. to a new iron rod
in the Eastern Right-of-Way of Pittman Grove Church Road; thence as said Right-

and being a portion of that Tract described in Deed Book 1332, Page 561 Hoke
County Registry.
SUBJECT,HOWEVER,to all taxes, special assessments and prior liens or encumbrances
of record against said property and any recorded easements.
THE PREPARER OF THIS DOCUMENT DID NOT PERFORM ANY TITLE
EXAMINATION OR CONDUCT A CLOSING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INSTRUMENT.
PREPARER DRAFTED THIS DOCUMENT BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED TO
PREPARER BY THE PARTIES TO THE TRANSACTION. PREPARER MAKES NO
CERTIFICATION NOR GIVES A LEGAL OPINION REGARDING TITLE TO THE
PROPERTY.
To have and to hold the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges thereunto
belonging to him, the Grantees, their heirs and/or successors and assigns, free and discharged
from all right,title,claim or interest of the Grantors or anyone claiming by through or under him.
This was not the primary residence of the Grantors.
