Hi Bill and Kimberly, The purpose of this email is to notify you of the following sediment that discharged from the site at Bexford Subdivision in the Fuquay-Varina Jurisdiction (COC NCC231386; Fuquay EC-2021-45) witnessed during our NPDES inspection that impacted the wetlands. The perimeter controls failed in the storms last week below SCM 6 and sediment is in the wetlands. It is approximately 0.25"- 2" deep in an area 12'x30' with a small pocket 3'x3' that is 2-4" deep within that area. They will recover this sediment using low -impact methods (shovels and buckets) as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any questions, further recommendations, need photos, or wish to meet on site.
