The Animal Feeding Operation Program of the Division of Water Resources (Division) has completed a
preliminary review of your renewal permit application package. Additional information is required
before we may continue our review. Please address and submit the following item(s) within 30 (thirty)
days of receipt of this letter:
1. Waste Utilization Plan: The WUP submitted with the initial permit renewal application on March
20, 2024 was dated May 7, 2015. However, a WUP dated December 15, 2023 was provided as
part of the initial Farm Digester permit application. Please provide the most current WUP and
irrigation maps.
2. Operation and Maintenance Plan: The O&M Plan submitted with the initial permit renewal
application does not include the Waste -to -Energy System O&M manual that was a part of the
Farm Digester permit application. Please provide the most current O&M Plan.
Please reference the subject application number when providing the requested information. All revised
and/or additional documentation shall be signed, dated and sent to my attention at the address below or
