request, I am enclosing some aerial photos of the marina. The shaded area on one of the
photographs shows the impervious area that has existed for more than forty years prior to
the enactment of the Rule. The small strips on the perimeter of the parking lot contained
maintained lawns. I hope this may bring final resolution to the NOV.
