The Division has determined that your applica Ɵon is incomplete and cannot be processed. The applicaƟon is on-hold unƟl all of the following informaƟon is received: 1. The Division requires that projects avoid and minimize impacts to streams where prac Ɵcable. Thank you for providing an explanaƟon of measures taken to reduce impacts to the southern perennial stream. Please provide an explanaƟon of why impacts to the intermiƩent stream (impact S2 in the PCN) cannot be avoided or minimized through project design. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)] 2. Please clarify whether the Army Corps of Engineers has approved the delinea Ɵon of surface water features provided with the PCN, including whether the Corps agrees with the jurisdic Ɵonal status of features, so that the Division can fully evaluate all proposed impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(a)(9)] 3. Please clarify the spelling of the applicant’s contact’s last name and email: Kris Ɵ Nezanski or Neznanski, KNezanski@hawthornCG.com or KNeznanski@hawthornCG.com. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(3)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested informa Ɵon for the proper consideraƟon of the applicaƟon. Please provide your response by July 5, 2024. If all of the requested informa Ɵon is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the applicaƟon and it will be denied as incomplete. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplicaƟon to the Division for approval, including a complete applicaƟon package and appropriate fee. Please let me know if you have any ques Ɵons.
