A large pond sits near the center of the review area. All previous buildings have been torn down. 4b. Explain the purpose of the proposed project:* The purpose of the project is for the construction of a residential development that includes 135 lots, associated parking, utilities, and infrastructure 4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: * The project will require clearing and grading using heavy equipment for the preparation and construction of the lots and associated infrastructure. The project will have two unavoidable impacts to Waters of the United states, consisting on one stream and on wetland impact. Both impacts are needed for the construction and grading of a road impact. Impact S1 will consist of 272 LF (0.13 acres) for the installation of the culvert and grading. Impact W1 will consist of -0.075 acres of fill for the culvert and grading. Three temporary impacts will also be needed for the pump around and construction access, Temporary Impact S2, S3 and W2. 5.
