We formally request a credit release for the Salem Nutrient Offset Site for completion of Task #3 per
the approved credit release schedule, which is included in the Attachments with this request. The
following documents have been submitted to DWR for Task # 3: Monitoring Financial Assurances
Posted and Approval of As-Built. The as-built site visit was conducted by DWR (Blake Hartshorn)
on March 13, 2024. The minor erosion rill that was observed on the site visit has been addressed, and
photos are included in the As-Built Report. The credit request reflects the updated credit numbers
from the as-built survey.

I 1 1 . CREDIT RELEASE SCHEDULE
A. Upon submittal of all appropriate documentation by the Sponsor, and subsequent approval by
DWR, it is agreed that Nutrient Offset Credits associated with the Bank Parcel will become
available to sell to a third party in accordance with the Credit Release Schedule in Table 3.0.

C. Any major deviations to the Bank Parcel that were not authorized in writing by DWR prior to
implementation may affect the amount of nutrient offset credits that will be generated by the Bank
Parcel.
