Inspection Summary:
This inspection was requested to recend stormwater permit NGG170358. Upon inspection it was determined that the inside
of the facility has been emptied of any industrial chemicals, equipment, and waste. All outdoor storage tanks on site were
decommissioned and emptied in 2021. Recission of the stormwater permit is reccornended.
