RE: C&C Scrap Iron &Metal Inc-Annual DMR
Dear DEMLR:
Enclosed please find the Annual Summary Data Monitoring Report for 2022 enclosed on behalf of
C &C Scrap Iron &Metal Inc.The site was placed into Tier 3,and on April 28, 2022 Lily Kay and
Matt Gigante from NCDEQ came for a site visit. They suggested making Outfall 002 a settling pond.
The site made that change, and this caused numerous months of no discharge.
If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, LLC
