Non-Conformance Item:Vegetated Conveyance located between Lots 1 &2.
Issue: Vegetated conveyance was disrupted by on-lot grading.
Actions to be taken to bring item into conformance:
1. Coordinate with homebuilder on requirements for vegetated conveyance
to meet permit conditions.
Anticipated timeline: 1-2 weeks
2. Homebuilder to regrade on-lot and construct vegetated conveyance per
approved plan to meet permit conditions.
