First, is there any chance you recently transferred from Shurtape Technologies to your new position? I used to
work at Shurtape and there was someone there with the same name.
Second,what kind of permit are you asking about. If you are asking about the General Stormwater Permit
NCG090000, I have your certificate of coverage number listed as NCG090033(see below). I do not know what
permit would have a number of 2115.
