Mr. Clarke,
We are currently in the process of updating our applications to reflect the current fee price. As of October 3rd, 2023,the
fee prices have been increased and the new, correct amount is$750. I apologize for the confusion. More information
regarding these fee changes can be found at the bottom of this email in red text.
The electronic copies are not necessary. There is not a place to submit them online yet. You are free to email them to
me if you would like.
For a project like this, submission of item 3 is also not necessary. You can put N/A.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Logan,
I am working on providing a Stormwater Permit Renewal Application Form and have a few questions:
• On page 2 item 1, it says the processing fee is $505, but the letter from the state office (see attached)
says it is $750. Could you please clarify.
• Item 2 says to submit a hard copy and an electronic copy. I didn't see anywhere on your website about
submitting electronic copies. Could you please let me know how to process that?
• Item 3 says to include copies of documents that DEMLR has not received yet. How do 1 identify what
has not been received?
Otherwise, I am ready to submit the application. Thanks for your response,

Post-Construction Stormwater Management Permit S W8990940 for the subject project expired on December 16',
2023. This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A
NCAC 2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property
be covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil
penalties. More information about the Post-Construction State Stormwater Program can be found on the following
website: deq.nc.gov/SW
Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a$750.00 fee and other submittal requirements within
30 days. The permit renewal form can be found under the Post-Construction section of this website or at
ligps://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-m ineral-and-land-resources/storm water/stonnwater-program/nost-
