Dear Ms. Smith:
Haggett Engineering Associates, Inc. (HEA) is providing this letter regarding our inspection of the
stormwater SCM's as required for the permit renewal.
1. HEA has visited the subject site to visually inspect the Stormwater Control Measures
(SCM's) including the Wet Detention Pond. The SCM's appear to have been built in
substantial compliance with the permit and were observed to be properly maintained.
2. RPS Environmental is currently under contract with the New Hanover County Board of
Education to properly maintain the stormwater SCM's at this facility.
