Good afternoon, Mr. Harris
I am reaching out concerning your stormwater renewal application SW8 970632. We have spoke
previously on the phone before and there was confusion on who's name the permit was under. Our
electronic database indicated that "Harris Electric Company of Wilmington Inc." was the owner of the
permit. However, a deeper investigation into the file and land records show that the owner of the
permit is indeed "Marvin E. Harris". A mistake was made in our digital record-keeping many years ago.
My apologies.
To fix this error, all I would need is your permission to cross out "Harris Electric Company of Wilmington
Inc." from the "current permit holder" section.
The other option would be for you to send in an updated version of the first page of the permit to reflect
the correct permit holder's name.
Please let me know which option you would prefer.
I will be logging this email correspondence as the first request for additional information. Please note
that only two letters requesting additional information is allowed in the State Stormwater Program, this
being the first. Please understand the due date of the first response is November 27", 2023, and in
accordance with 15A NCAC 02H. 1045(4)(a)(i).

This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A NCAC
2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property be
covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil
penalties. More information about the Post-Construction State Stormwater Program can be found on the
following website: deg.nc.eov/SW
Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a$750.00 fee and other submittal requirements within
30 days. The permit renewal form can be found under the Post-Construction section of this website or at:

Permits are not automatically transferred when the property ownership changes. If this property has had an

Page 1093 of the New Hanover County Registry.
All or a portion of the property herein conveyed does not include the, primary residence of
Grantors.
This conveyance is subject to easements, covenants and restrictions of record, 2018 ad valorem
property taxes, and any outstanding obligations secured by deed of trust, if any, on this property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
And the said, Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with
