This is in reference to your letter to Mr. Samuel B. Deal
dated August 13, 1991, in regard to Deal Subdivision, Holden Beach,
North Carolina. In this letter, a certificate of Compliance with
Storm Water Regulations was issued to Mr. Deal for Deal Subdivision,
Brunswick County, Project No. 910609 .
I an attaching hereto copies of amended plans aiadncaledl-
'ations .forgthis project which have been sent to the Office of Mr.
Daniel Sams. The proposed amendments to the original plan consist of
the addition_of::two-lots:to__the_project:.dnd a :smaller-sedimentation-
filter basin. The project density wcul4 change from 18% to 19.9%.

BRUNSWICK COUNTY
As required by and in accordance with Title 15 , 1 2H ,
. 1003 (a) of the State of North Carolina Coastal storm
water regulations, the following deed restrictions and
protective covenants are hereby contained and made a
part of the technical and legal descriptive matter per-
taining to each and every of the Z p lots of the Deal
Subdivision, Holden Beach, North Carolina,said subdi-
vision being recorded in Book 15 , Page 21 of the Bruns-
wick County Office of the Register of Deeds , to wit:
No more than 2 ,300 square feet of any of the zo lots
to be sold in the subdivision shall be covered by struc-
tures and/or paved surfaces , including walkways ,or
patios of brick, stone, slate, or similar materials.
The State of North Carolina is herewith designated as
the beneficiary.-of the .above .stated '.restrictions , c .
and as such, shall be empowered to enforce the restric-
tions.
This. covenent is to run with the land,and shall be
