As we discussed a few days ago this project should be able to be approved under the "Density Limits" provisions of the stormwater regulations. All runoff which generates on the levees, roadways and buildings will run into constructed ponds and/or retention ditches. The calculated impervious cover is 9 .8% for the entire project when totally built out over a 4-5 year period. Should you need further information, please advise. Sincerely, 6:.
