The previous site plan, sent to you, exhibited a specific delineation on the plan designating an area for "additional parking". This was shown for reference purposes only. This additional parking area requirement has been waived by the Town of Beaufort. The enclosed plan exhibits this deletion. The additional parking area required by the Town of Beaufort has been adjusted which will allow for a total of 60 paved parking spaces on the site and an open grassed area for additional parking, if it is necessary. The enclosed site plan revision denotes this alteration. 2) A revised submittal form exhibiting the density computations relative to this project site. 3) A certification letter from the project owner outlining the prospective . restrictive covenant to be filed with this property deed. No curb and gutter will be installed on the project site. The built upon area includes land covered by structures and/or paved surfaces, including walkways or patios of brick, stone, slate or similar materials. This covenant is intended to insure continued compliance with stormwater runoff rules adopted by the State of North Carolina and therefore benefits may be enforced by the State of North Carolina. This covenant is to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them. The State of North Carolina shall be the beneficiary of this covenant.
