We submitted the attached Stormwater renewal permit application for Food Lion 42223 located at 4891 Long Beach Rd. in Southport on 05/03/23. One of Food Lion's other architects has informed us that the project name on our application needs to be changed from "Food Lion #2223—Southport, NC"to "Oak Island Food Lion and Brunswick Forest Ocean Club". Can you please confirm that this is correct? Is there anything else that you need before the state stormwater permit can be renewed for this property?
