It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the proposed
changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. Please
replace the old approved plan sheet with the new one.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on September 26, 2008,
remain in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to
the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case-by-case
basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to
construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from
complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may
have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to
construction.

I have reviewed the SW application that was previously submitted for this project and compared it against the plans that
were submitted on 9/26/08 and 12/29/09. I also reviewed the spreadsheet that you provided in your email message.
Here is a quick summary of what I found:
1) all of the values in the SW application are 100% accurate
2) SW8 080807 is accurate
3) the values on both sets of plans (from Site Data Table) were not 100% accurate. I can only imagine that these values
were not properly updated as the design evolved.
I have attached a PDF file of the updated Site Data Table which now corresponds with the SW application.
In regards to your spread sheet that you provided in your email, the last two columns (G & H) should be identical to
the second and third columns of data (B &C).
If you agree with my findings, I would be happy to provide you with updated sets of plans which will show the revised
Site Data Table. How many would you like to receive?
