The annual POA meeting was.called to order at 12:04 pm

Each attendee received a copy of The Minutes from the.December 15, 2018 minutes
and discussed the highlights. Bob Jalber a motion to approve.The. Minutes„seconded
by Bill Van Lew.
The Executive Board unanimously agreed : Bill Van Lew and Bob Jalbert; with Steve
Niemeyer being named an alternative should Ms. Bums or Mr. Jalbert not be available.

The Executive Board reviewed the2019 actual expenses prior to reviewing t 020
budget.
Upon review of the 2620,budget the following was discussed:
Steve Niemeyer recommended calling Mike Robertson and Harold Wells.
Insurance to bid on-the upcoming POA insurance.
Susan Seltzer asked the Board to allow Dr. Foland at 609 Shipyard Blvd.to have
three (3)'designated parking spaces due to his patient load. Update: Upon review, it
was agreed that Dr. Foland could have three (3) designated parking spaces.

The Board reviewed the status of the replacement of the retention wall behind
615 Shipyard Blvd.With Susan Seltzer noting she would be picking up the permit
upon completion of the meeting. Bob Jalbert requested the path from the
neighboring property be edged.
- The status of the pylon sign on Shipyard Blvd. was tabled temporarily due to
changes at Coastal Horizons.
Bill Van Lew made a motion to approve the 2020 budget as presented, seconded by
Bob Jalbert with no increase in dues, and unanimously approved.
Bob Jalbert made a motion to close the meeting, seconded by Bill Van Lew.

The Wilmington Regional Office received and accented a State Stormwater Management Permit Renewal
Application for the subject project on December 28 , 2022. A preliminary in-depth review of that information
has determined that the application is not complete and that additional information is needed. To continue the
review,please provide the following additional information in a single,hard copy submittal package:
Permit Renewal Process:
I. 15A NCAC 02H.1040(1)(a)and .1045(3)(a)(ii): The application was signed by Susan Seltzer; however
the provided documentation from the NC Secretary of State does not identify Ms. Seltzer as a president or
vice-president of this corporation. In the case of a limited liability corporation(LLC),the application
must be signed by a manager or company official as defined in GS 57D. Please either:
a. Provide official documentation showing that Ms. Seltzer is a president or vice-president and
authorized to sign for the corporation;
b. Have one of the identified members of the corporation sign the application documents;or
c. The signature by other agents shall be accepted on the application only if accompanied by a letter
of authorization signed by the appropriate authority. Provide a letter of authorization from one of
the identified members of this corporation authorizing Ms. Seltzer to sign on their behalf.
2. 15A NCAC 02H.1045(3)(a)(ii)or(iii): Please confirm the following:
a. The mailing address for the property owner listed in Section11L2.b of the application is not
consistent with the office mailing address on file with the Secretary of State. Please confirm the
mailing address for property owner listed in Section 111.2.b of the application is consistent with
the information on file with the Secretary of State.

documents. Please also remember to provide a hard copy of any updated documents per 15A NCAC
02H.1045(3).
The requested information should be received in this Office by April 6t6,2023 in accordance with 15A NCAC
02H.I 045(4)(a)(i). Please note that only two letters requesting additional information is allowed in the State
Stormwater Program, this being the second If the required information is not satisfactorily provided by this date,
the project will be returned in accordance with 15A NCAC 02H.I045(4)(a)(ii). If the project is returned and you
