Post-Construction Stormwater Management Permit S W8000825 for the subject project expires on April 25,2023.
This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A NCAC
21I.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this properly be
covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil
penalties. More information about the Post-Construction State Stormwater Program can be found on the
following website: deq.nc.gov/SW
Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a$505.00 fee and other submittal requirements within
30 days. The permit renewal form can be found under the Post-Construction section of this website or at:

provisions of Article 9,Chapter 136 of the General Statutes,instituted the above-captioned civil
action in the Superior Court of New Hanover County by the filing of a Complaint and Declaration
of Taking and by the issuance of summons; that pursuant to G.S. 136-104,the interest and area
specified in said Complaint and Declaration of Taking vested in the Department of Transportation
on said date.
2. That the Department of Transportation filed an Amendment to its Complaint and
Declaration of Taking to reflect the deletion of a cedain Deed of Trust lien shown in the"Liens and
Encumbrances"section of Exhibit"A"and said lien is listed as"Deed of Trust to James S.Bryan,
Trustee, for First Citizens Bank and Trust Company recorded November 15, 1995 in Book 1951,
Page 1097,New Hanover County Registry."The plaintiff is informed and believes that the said lien
in Book 1951,page 1097 has been paid in full,satisfied and cancelled of record as is shown by that
Note Owner's Certificate of Satisfaction of Deed of Trust dated July 26,2000 and recorded in Book
2782,Page 248 of the New Hanover County.
3. That,upon the filing of said Amendment,the above-named defendants are the persons
who the Department is informed and believes may have or claim to have an interest in said lands.
4. That,upon the filing of said Amendment,the property which is the subject of this
action is described as follows:
Those certain lands lying and being in Cape Fear Township,New Hanover County,
North Carolina and being more particularly described as follows:
Being that property conveyed by deed dated December 8, 1994 to Thomberry
Ventures, LLC and recorded in Book 1844, Page 1161, New Hanover County
Registry. The property description contained in said deed is hereby incorporated by
