Hi Dicky,
Thanks for sending that over. After reviewing it I did have one question, at our site visit on April 10th, you and Rachel
had mentioned using monitoring wells to monitor the diminished hydrology in this area, but I didn't see anything
mentioned in the letter about that, so I just wanted to get a little more clarification as to if we do need to install the
wells or not.
