The following are the response comments for the above-mentioned project. Our response comments are in bold.
ENGINEERING REVIEW

1. Per our watershed boundary map,this site appears to be partly located within the Lumber River Basin and partly
located within the Cape Fear River Basin (and possibly draining to 3 separate receiving waters, see attached
map). Low-density projects that drain to multiple receiving waters will have multiple drainage areas, one for
each different receiving water.These drainage areas will be equal to the portion of the project area that
ultimately drains to each receiving water(and all of the drainage areas will add up to the entire project area).
Please revise the Application and other submittal items to show the multiple drainage areas for this project.
NOTE: As indicated in the stormwater narrative, the site is fairly flat here so our watershed boundary map may
not be 100%accurate for this site (For example, the site may only drain to two separate surface waters instead
of the three shown).
McAdams Response: Drainage map,application, and Supplement-EZ form were all updated to include the
3 separate drainage areas. Updated forms are attached.
2. Please provide and complete the Supplement-EZ Form for this project (the form can be found at the following
address: https://www.deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land-resources/stormwater/stormwater-
program/stormwater-design-manual and is required per Sections V&Vl,3 of the Application Form). NOTE: An
outdated version of the supplement form was provided with the submission, however you need to use the latest
version of this form. Please revise as needed.
McAdams Response: Latest Supplement-EZ form is completed and attached.

3. Please provide a hard copy of the BUA plan sheet. An electronic copy of this plan sheet (listing the square
footage of each of the different types of BUA) was provided, however a hard copy of this sheet does not appear
to have been included in the submission.
Please provide the following:
> 1x hard copy& 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Application Form.
> 1x hard copy& 1x electronic copy of the Supplement-EZ Form.
> 1x hard copy& 1x electronic copy of the requested plan sheet.
> 1x hard copy& 1x electronic copy of the revised calculations.
> 1x hard copy (2x hard copies for plan sheets) & 1x electronic copy of any other items needed to address
these comments.
