This Application cannot be used for wetland or stream impacts. Please provide five (5) copies of this application and supporting information as well as anon-refundable application fee to the Division of Water Quality of $240.00 for impacts to lake bottom of less than 1 acre and $570.00 for impacts to lake bottom of greater or equal to 1 acre. Go straight through the gate on Harbor Ridge Dr. and continue to the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn right on River Cliff Drive. Follow River Cliff and take the first left on River Walk. After turning on River Walk, take the first immediate right onto Twin Cove Drive. Follow Twin Cove and take the first right onto Harbor Watch Drive. Follow Harbor Watch to the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left on Pier Point Drive and follow it to the cul-de- sac. Driveway will be on the left.
