Inspection Summary:
Al Gilmer, the Warehouse Lead, showed me around the facility. The building stores supplies for solar panel installation and
it is all located inside the building. There are two poly tanks and two drums on the back of the building under a overhang that
will need to be stored inside or under cover where they can't be exposed to stormwater. Where the tanks and drums sit now,
they can be exposed to stormwater and if they were to be punctured or spilled, they would flow away from the building to the
back lot.
Please provide photos of the new storage area for the tanks and drums and be aware that if they are stored outside anytime
in the future,that will effect the no exposure and it will no longer be valid.
Everything else looks good and I recommend the no exposure.
