Permitting Fee
As per our telephone conversation today, I am returning the $570 permit application fee.
The stream impact totals are greater than 150 feet; therefore, our initial application
submittal supplied the correct application fee. Because the application package was
complete (i.e. the application fee was correct) we respectfully request that the original
submittal date of December 3, 2007 remain the "start date" for the DWQ review period.
