proceed 0 . 8 miles to NCSR 1969 (Piney Grove Rd. ) . Turn
right and proceed 1 . 1 miles to the entrance of Pine Knolls
Development. Turn right and proceed to Lot 93, the second
lot on the left.

residence at 1128 Pine Knoll Road located approximately 500
feet from the discharge site east.

foot subsurface sand filter; followed by a disinfection
system with 30 minute detentionwith 500 ft . n. " diameter
outfall line .

Sludge is pumped by a licensed septic tank hauler and taken
to the nearest WWTP for disposal .
