Stephanie: We appreciate your detailed review and apologize for these discrepancies. A lot of these seem to result from an apparent discrepancy between the impact table (excerpt below) in the map set and the maps themselves. Please see responses below in "red". The PCN Impact table states Impact S2 at 8 If, but the impact map depicts 9 If. Please clarify. Response: There is a discrepancy between the 8' in the impact table provided in the impact maps and the map sheet as you noted in your comment. Please proceed with your review for 9' of temporary impact (not 8'). $2 -road crossing Temporary WorkpadlCauseway 5trearnG I't7:ennial F3oth I . The PCN impact table states the following: sanrary sewn HeWtl Wr Forest :<r. •c Bnth pigapp V And when I add the two in the impact map below, I am getting 0.0029 which rounds up to 0.003. Please clarify. Fil Response: 0.0019 are the temporary intermittent stream impacts. 0.001 are the temporary wetland impacts. They are listed on the impact map set table as 99 sf which is 0.0023 acres. I entered this 0.0023 on the PCN table (instead of 0.001 acres), and the PCN automatically rounded it down to 0.002 acres. See item highlighted in yellow compared to the map below: E - road crossing :.rr,rn- H N- Response: The 7,086 acres of Zone 1 look correct on both the table and map sheet. There is a discrepancy between the map sheet which lists 5,071 sf and the table that lists 5,072 sf. I assumed that it's just a rounding thing, so I went with the higher number being 5,072 sf for the PCN table. 4. See items circled in red: compared to the map below Response: This was a discrepancy between the impact map set table and the map sheet. The map sheet adds up to 19 If, but the table listed 32 If. Please change the request to 19 If to match the impact map. (Note that this is the weird bend in the small tributary stream just above the existing non -permitted road crossing that will be removed and restored per the violation resolution plans that Patrick sent. So, there is some overlap between these two areas. The area below this crossing will have both restored stream and buffers.) 56 E - road crossing Temporary Workpa(YCauseway Stream H perennial 3 If ipi9l t (UESICN BY OTHERS 1% UAL FLOWPLAIN l ' g 50' REUSE RIPARI/JM •RR-".Vtf - / E BUFFER (W-OSUREU J FROM TOP OF WK. r f L" SIDE) 3G NELSE RIP"AN Qy FFROM TOP OF(MEASUSANK30' EACH 51F1E) TENP9RARY PERENR dLp! f i STREAA+ ViPACiA 3 LF robacli l f MfOTAL ZONE 2 BUFFER iNPACT AREA =307- SF / fffJ/f j '+ 4n jReMQIE Fwi 1Ir-E (T1?-)l% / r2 NE \ 70T.L 201fBUFFER MP AREA- 7,0ft SF ' + f 17 ATREAN -H / TEN RM* PERENN STREAM L PACT A 15 LF co b AC) f , LIA1R$ VNTU BArMMMEE I PROT -=W f FENCE (TTP.) Zone 2 impact highlighted in yellow: Response: OopsQ Sorry about that. Originally all the Zone 2 buffer impacts in this area were lumped together which came out to 4,559 sf + 1,075 sf = 5,634 sf. However, it was later split into two being the road crossing (4,559 sf) and "deemed allowable" grading/revegetation only in Zone 2 (1,075sf). It appears that the impact map sheet table still had the old number in it which is what I used in the PCN table. Please change this to 4,559 sf. Thanks. F - road crossing FP-- treipm ENo- 4 Thankyou!
