Development (Pine Knolls Rd. ) . Turn right and proceed
to Quail Hollow Road. Turn right and proceed to
Augusta Ct. Turn left and the site is located at the
end of the road.

dwellings will be located greater than 100 fee from
the existing treatment system and greater than 300 ft.
from the discharge point.

This is an existing wastewater treatment system which
consist of the following: a 1250 gallon capacity
septic tank and 660 square feet of sub-surface sand
filter.

When it becomes necessary sludge will be pumped from
the system by a licensed septic tank contractor and
taken to the nearest municipal wastewater treatment
plant for disposal.
6. Treatment plant classification: No classificatin has
been assigned as this is a private residence.
