APPROVAL OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Dear Mr. Bland:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed your stormwater management plan received on
November 9, 2007 and subsequent revisions received on December 3, 2007, December 5, 2007 and
December 6, 2007.
This Stormwater Management Plan will satisfy the stormwater management conditions required by
the 401 Water Quality Certification issued for the Youngsville Industrial Park on December 19,.2002
but only for the Arch Aluminum site. You are required to meet the following conditions (as well as
the conditions contained within the Water Quality Certification):
1. The structural stormwater practices as approved by DWQ as well as drainage patterns must
be maintained in perpetuity. No changes to the structural storrrtwater practices shall be made
without written authorization from the DWQ. Stormwater easements shall be recorded for a
distance of at least 10 feet on each side of all stormwater conveyances on the lot(s)
containing these structures including future access for maintenance. The stormwater
easements shall allow for the ability to maintain the structures, perform corrective actions,
and shall provide protection of the structures from potential alternations by future property
owners.
2. Notification of Construction: The applicant and/or authorized agent shall contact the DWQ
Express Review Program in writing at the letterhead address within ten (10) days of the
commencement of construction.
3. Please be advised that per current regulations, future development on other sites or lots which
are part of the Youngsville Industrial Park will require separate Stormwater Management
Plan Review if the built upon area exceeds 24%.
