Final Plana and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed and
found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction of
an electrical incineration system to supplement the existing 16.0 = tertiary waste-
water treatment plant waste sludge facilities subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to commencing operation, all applicable permits
must be obtained from the Air Quality Section. forth
Carolina Division of Envir wo otal gement.
2. Sludge ash produced by this facility must be disposed
of in accosdance with the Forth Carolina Division of
PatviacomeentaI Wanagement or North Carolina Division of
Health Services requirements.
This is a Class IV Wastevater 'reatment Plant which requires the operator in
responsible charge to hold a valid Grade IV certificate.
This Authorization to Construct sha11 be subject to revocation unless the
incineration faailities area constructed in accordance with the conditions and limi-
tations specified in Permit Igo. NC0023957.
One (1) set of approved plane and -specifications is being forwarded to you.
